REQUIREMENTS
•Generates new sales leads, administrates and oversees all contract and price negotiations, and ensures all required paperwork is completed properly and accurately.
•Responsible for dispatching associates on a daily basis, filling all orders accurately and getting associates to work on time and job ready, works through related issues and shortfalls while providing superior customer service to clients and associates through smooth and seamless administration of activities.
•Fully understands & is responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance as it relates to Local, State, & Federal Laws, company liability & the application & employment verification process. Regularly inspects branch processes and files to ensure compliance.
•Responsible for branch collections of services rendered. On a weekly basis reviews the aging report with staff and assigns customer accounts as required. Ensure all past due invoices are collected and keeps past due balance below budget as dictated on the annual performance objectives.
•Provides superior customer service to all clients. Ensure customer satisfaction by conducting weekly service visits, resolving complaints or issues within 24 hours.•Responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of all temporary and full-time associates through implementing, executing, & overseeing and all corporate safety initiatives. Ensures all associates sent to job site with proper personal protection, conducts regular site visits to conduct inspections, correct nonconformance’s, & ensure employees are properly performing the assigned tasks/duties. When an injury occurs, the Manager is responsible for visiting the job site, collecting evidence, taking witness statements, preparing & properly completing the report, & notifying the appropriate insurance & corporate contacts.•Responsible for working with the District Manager and HR Director in all employee-training initiatives. The manager will implement, cross train, and oversee all corporate training initiatives.Qualifications
Five years of related staffing experience preferred. In lieu of related staffing experience, office management experience will be considered. 3-5 years of supervisory or management experience. College degree in business administration or related field is preferred but not required.
The ideal candidate will provide strong leadership and initiative to all branch employees. Excellent organizational and time management skills are a necessity. Applicant must be able to effectively express ideas both orally and in writing with all levels of management. Bilingual applicants preferred.
