Senior and Staff Accountant

Classification: Temporary to Full Time Compensation: $22 to $32 per hour A San Francisco based thriving company is looking for a staff accountant to become an integral part of the team! The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of progressive accounting experience.
This job pays between $22.00 - $32.00 per hour depending on skill sets and work experience. This rewarding opportunity will start immediately.
The job will require performing full cycle accounting in preparation of month-end close (including general ledger maintenance and reconciliations).
Job Duties Include:
• Creating and posting journal entries• Reconciling the general ledger and sub ledgers• Assisting in month-end / year-end close• Bank reconciliations on multiple active accounts• Financial statement preparation
The ideal candidate will have familiarity with:

GAAP Accounting
Progressive hands on full cycle accounting work experience
MS Excel and MS Access - ERP systems preferred.
