Senior Technical Accountant

Purpose:
Our client, a large and reputable Fortune 100 company, is looking for a Senior Technical Accountant.

Position Overview:
-Provide business valuation support for purchase price accounting adjustments as well as annual valuation requirements
-Responsible for the timely and thorough research of technical accounting issues throughout company
-Work directly with senior executives to provide accounting advice with regard to structuring of key/material agreements
-Participate in industry research and rulemaking bodies, such as the EITF, FASB, and CTIA
-Participate in due diligence with regard to mergers and acquisitions

Experience/Education Required:
-Bachelor degree and CPA preferred
-4-6 years experience with technical accounting issues with emphasis on valuation work
-Team player that has the ability to communicate clearly and concisely to all levels of management in a non-technical mannerClassification:Direct PlacementCompensation:
