PricewaterhouseCoopers is seeking Tax Senior Associates to join the Orange County Tax Practice. The position involves advising private and public companies on the US tax implication of their operations and recommending beneficial tax minimization strategies where appropriate. Significant involvement in tax planning issues and review of corporate and partnership tax returns, including tax research and consulting.
REQUIREMENTS
Education Requirement:
BA/B.S. in accounting/finance required. MBT,CPA preferredEssential Requirements:
3-5 years experience in corporate compliance, preferably within a professional services environment. Strong technical tax knowledge required. Ability to effectively mentor and develop staff.
