Senior Tax Associate, Federal Tax

We are currently seeking a Senior Tax Associate to join us in our Cincinnati office.KPMG’s Federal Tax Services practice is a resource for clients that need help complying with the latest IRS rules and regulations. Our tax professionals who handle federal tax issues bring the experience and commitment necessary to deliver tax compliance and advisory services to help meet our clients’ specific needs.
Responsibilities:

Assist in advising clients on a full spectrum of corporate tax services including planning, research, compliance, provision work and Mergers and Acquisitions (M and A) activities

Work as a part of a multi-disciplinary team that focuses on helping to provide industry knowledge and experience

Develop, motivate, and train staff level team members

Review compliance and consolidated returns for a variety of clients, including corporations, S corps, partnerships, LLC’s and LLP’s
Job Requirements
Qualifications:

Three years of public accounting and/or corporate tax experience

Knowledge of a broad range of corporate tax matters in various industries

Excellent research and writing skills

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from an accredited college/university or J.D. from an accredited college/university
