Senior Tax Analyst

The primary duties and responsibilities of this position include the following: Preparation and review of federal income tax returns, preparation and review of quarterly and annual income tax provision, preparation and review of quarterly estimated tax calculations, analyze and/or prepare various other tax filings, researching various federal income tax issues, working with manager to develop federal income tax procedures and controls for Sarbanes-Oxley, and special projects as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications: Undergraduate Degree in Accounting. Masters Degree in Tax strongly desired. CPA certification preferred. Minimum 6 years of corporate tax experience. Experience with corporate tax compliance software. Experience with FAS 109/Tax Accounting preferred. Experience with Sarbanes-Oxley compliance preferred. Ability to research tax issues.
