Senior SOX IT Auditor

Multi-million dollar publically traded company located in the Greater Miami Area is looking for a Senior SOX IT Auditor to join their group

Duties include but not limited to:
•Plan and execute SOX 404 audits by identifying and researching applicable operational/financial/technical issues and effectively applying knowledge of corporate operations and industry practices to audit matters
•Coordinate SOX activities with external auditors/consultants to ensure efficient and effective coverage of the area under review.
•Provide Executive Management with an internal, independent appraisal of the reliability of financial information, compliance with company policies and procedures and compliance with laws and regulations.
•Assist associates in the effective discharge of their responsibilities and provide analyses, appraisals, recommendations and consulting services based upon the Annual Audit Plan approved by the Audit Committee.
•Examine and evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of system of internal controls and the efficiency of operations.
REQUIREMENTS
BBA Accounting/Finance/Information Systems
Big 4 or prior internal audit experience

CPA/CIA/CISA
