Senior Risk Analyst

Job Description/Responsibilities

As the Senior Risk Analyst, Real Estate with Business Property, this individual will be responsible for performing and managing all aspects of underwriting and due diligence to determine credit worthiness for various commercial real estate transactions. Overseeing the underwriting and management of accounts with revenues greater than $50MM. Completes underwriting on real estate equity transactions from $4 MM and up in size.
* Underwriting Real Estate asset types and/or markets as part of portfolio transactions.
* Conducting tasks for ordering and reviewing third party reports that recap site inspections, analyzing historical operating performance, reviewing and analyzing all relevant deal documentation, market analysis, investigates outside resource information services for RE values and comparable information and assists in determining current market value.
* Generating cash flows and valuations using industry software and proprietary financial models.
* Preparing a comprehensive underwriting package, providing strong support for conclusions, and present findings to credit manager and deal team members.
* Working with Closing and Legal Counsel to ensure all documentation maintains Risk integrity on transactions.
* Participating in process improvement efforts and supports quality initiatives.
* Interacting with our client’s prospective and existing.

Desired:

* MBA
* Prior Experience in financial analysis, asset management and closings
* Prior Experience in commercial credit with single signature minimum $250K
* Organizational abilities and attention to details

**Competitive base salary available plus a 35% bonus. Relocation assistance is also available.**
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications

* Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Real Estate or equivalent (5 years in underwriting commercial real estate)
* Minimum five years experience underwriting Real Estate investments
* Proven advanced proficiency with Excel
* Proven intermediate proficiency with PowerPoint

- You must be willing to work out of an office in Bellevue, WA.
