Senior Real Estate Accountant

Classification: Full Time Compensation: $55000 to $65000 per year A fast growing start up Real Estate developer located in Northern, NJ is currently seeking a Senior Real Estate Accountant. The Senior Real Estate Accountant should have previous property management accounting experience with AR, AP and GL Accounting. The Senior Real Estate Accountant should be motivated and have the capacity to manage multiple properties (and product type) while adhering to reporting timelines. The Senior Real Estate Accountant will be required to work with a diverse tenant base ranging from single tenant industrial, retail to Class A commercial properties and should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. In addition, this is for a young Real Estate Management company where the Senior Accountant is going to be groomed into a Controller.Please refer to job order number 0271-100173
