Senior Manager - Fixed Income Controllers

Responsibilities: A world class investment bank in New York City seeks a Senior Manager - Fixed Income Controllers. This person is responsible for budgeting, headcount forecasting and analysis, project portfolio management and technology cost containment. The role is also responsible for managing global division headcount including tracking and monitoring the global headcount against budget. Provide summary reporting to senior management. Duties also include: Maintain the open job list and liaise with HR on all recruiting efforts. Manage local (North America) Office Space. Manage the division space and ensure all space needs are met. Liaise with space teams on space negotiation and improvement. Perform analysis of division financials - product monthly expense analysis for the division. The analysis will be broken down by region and product area. The analysis should include month over month and year over year comparisons. Business Continuity Planning - Maintain all division BCP plans. Work with senior management to ensure plans provide accurate coverage for the business. Project Portfolio Management - Maintain the project portfolio. Produce summary monthly reports on project status. Work with project managers to ensure project issues and milestones are communicated appropriately.
