Senior Manager - Contracts Administration

Unit Description: This position supports the USMC East Coast Regional Garrison Food Service contract and other Federal Government contracts as needed. The position may office anywhere in the Mid Atlantic region, but preferably close to the Camp Lejeune, Jacksonville or Wilmington, NC regional office. Extensive knowledge of best practices for the management of U.S. Government contracts, including Federal Acquisition Regulations, Requests for Equitable Adjustments and RFP procedures and ability to interface successfully with Client and Company contracts professionals. The successful candidate will serve as a key member of Sodexho’s East Coast USMC team, communicating contract requirements to operating departments, acting as the company liaison with the USMC contracting representatives negotiating with the Contracting Officer and serving as a contract management subject matter expert. Graduate degree in business or law-related field preferred.Position Summary:
Works with legal and risk management representatives to draft and negotiate contracts between clients, subcontracts and Sodexho for a Division. Develops and publishes contracting policies and procedures. Creates standard contracting templates, provides audit of on-site contracts, and provides appropriate training for all facility operations personnel.Typical Knowledge and SkillsParalegal skills.
