Key Responsibilities:
Advanced technical knowledge in one or more areas of GAAPAbility/experience teaching others GAAS procedures.People development and delegation skills including instruction/training.Primary client contact on complex questions and information.Supervise and review the work of others.Ability to motivate the audit teams.Gets involved in various areas of the practiceDemonstrate advanced knowledge of business trends, issues and industry economics.Ability to substantially take charge of entire simple engagement.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Related Field, MBA in Accounting a plusCurrent CPA Licensure7-8+ Years ExperiencePrior significant supervisory experienceAble to use various assurance applications and research toolsLeader/Strong involvement in the communityExperience with SEC clientsExperience with Manufacturing and Distribution clients
