We are currently seeking a CFO Advisory (CFOA) Senior Manager to join us in our Tyson's Corner office focused on the Aerospace and Defense industry.
CFO Advisory (CFOA) Services professionals are "trusted advisers" for the CFO and other financial executives. With a focus on financial analysis, operations, controls and performance, our professionals bring leading practices and recommendations to clients to help streamline and create more efficient processes with the finance function.
KPMG's Aerospace and Defense practice is looking for professionals with significant experience in the public oversight of Federal contracts. KPMG delivers these services to leading Aerospace and Defense contractors domestically and internationally.
Responsibilities:
- Lead capture activities and work on a variety of engagements that leverage and build upon capabilities and skills in a dynamic and professional advisory environment
- Advise on complex accounting and financial reporting matters, mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, business process reviews and risk assessments, government contracting, and regulatory compliance (contract claims and disputes, CAS, FAR, TINA, indirect rate calculations, and incurred cost submissions)
- Lead and negotiate proposal development activities
- Manage large engagements and be directly responsible for successful delivery of engagements
