Manage team responsible for allowance for loan losses, finance charge and fee reserve, and related reporting, including delinquencies.
Integrate allowance and reserve methodology for acquired companies, ensuring compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements.
Integrate Company reporting and controls over allowance and reserves, including acquired companies.
Act in a high profile role handling areas of significant financial impact.
Collaborate with other departments, including Corporate Planning, Credit Risk Management, and management of acquired companies.
Drive team toward continuous process improvements.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelors degree in Accounting
CPA
High level of analytical ability
Desire to manage and develop other associates
Ability to relate complex issues to financial impacts
Excellent communication skills

Compensation:
Commensurate with experience
