Senior Internal Control

This position will work on the internal controls and SOX compliance within the company. The position will manage others.This postion requires strong compliance expereince and will utilize this experience heavily in this position.
REQUIREMENTS
Summary:; CPA preferred with public experience; 3+ years exp in Management, SOX 404, strong interpersonal skills. MBA a plus.Education/ Experience:• Bachelor's degree (B. S.) in Accounting from accredited four-year college or university• 3+ yrs financial leadership experience• Public company experience (a must)• Experience in a public accounting firm (a plus).• CPA/CMA/MBA (a plus).• Strong analytical skills and precise attention to detail• Independent, self-starter, requiring little supervisi
• Strong understanding of GAAP• Sarbanes – Oxley experience
Language Skills:• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.• Ability to write reports, and procedure manuals.• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.• Excellent oral / written communication skills
Computer Skills:
* ERP Systems experience• Proficient in MS Office: Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
