Senior Internal Auditor

The Senior Internal Auditor will be a dynamic part of the audit staff. The position will include working with and influencing leaders regarding internal controls and processes.Responsiblities will include:1. Developing and executing internal audit plans.2. Reviewing accounting, financial and operating controls, ensuring Company assets are safeguarded and that corporate policies and procedures are appropriate.3. Coordinating with Schneider's accounting firm, the Senior Internal Auditor will plan and perform operational and compliance audits.4.Identifying control opportunities and work with the management teams to participate in the development of recommendations and action plans.5.Assessing the Internal Control processes and the ongoing maintenance of internal controls. This will include assessing and documenting current state as well as documenting and mitigating internal control gaps.Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.2. Three plus years of internal audit work experience or external audit experience with exposure to internal audit concepts.3. Strong problem solving, interpersonal and written and oral communication skills.4. Accuracy and attention to detail with the ability to recognize problems and recommend solutions or drive change.Job Requirements
