Senior Financial Officer (307980)

Lockheed Martin Information Technology-Professional Services is looking for a Senior Financial Officer. This is a full time virtual position located in Rosslyn, VA. REQUIREMENTS
US citizen possessing a DoD Secret security clearance (selected applicant will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information), with requirement to acquire a Top Secret clearance after filling position. Candidate should have ten (10) years of general experience in accounting and auditing; and five (5) of these years shall be specialized experience in budget and financing; knowledge of Government accounting procedures is needed. Candidate should also have the following: proficiency with computerized financial management systems is mandatory; strong written and verbal communications skills; be capable of performing extensive audits of financial accounts; have a thorough knowledge of the federal budget process and applicable laws, regulations and accepted procedures; the ability to interact with financial experts of agencies inside/outside of the Department of State; be capable of working effectively with others, including those of different cultures; be able to travel up to twenty-five percent (25%) foreign/domestic; shall not have any impediments to foreign/domestic travel that may be to regions that are dangerous or unhealthy. Education: A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or directly related field OR Four (4) years of specialized experience in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or directly related field may be substituted for a Bachelor's degree
