Sr Financial/Budget Analyst

We are continually evolving and this requires additional skill sets to assist in the process of flexible budgeting, key metric tracking, and regular variance analysis, reporting, and follow up. We seek an individual to establish formal process in this area and to maintain regular and timely reporting across all subsidiary operating units.
REQUIREMENTS


This position reports directly to the CFO and collaborates with other "C- level" executives. We require superior technical skill and demonstrated interpersonal skills – telephone and in person.
Minimum 3 years relevant experience in a for profit, multi unit company setting, combined with excellent work ethic.
Desired technical skill set includes the full Microsoft Office suite, Hyperion programming and retrieve capability, FRx, and, to a lesser extent, Great Plains.
Flexible budgeting tool experience a major plus.
