Senior Financial Analyst - SOX

Classification: Full Time Compensation: $60,000 to $65,000 per year The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for the following functions:
XManage, maintain and update FSD NA SOX documentation of process and procedures
XCoordination and management of all internal and external SOX audits
XCoordination of SOX and audit remediation efforts
XRecommend improvements to processes and procedures for both financial and operational areas impacted by SOX and/or audits
XManage, coordinate and supervise internal and external audit financial statement audit processes. Act as primary interface with all audit internal and external audit functions
XPrepare summaries and reports on SOX compliance and financial statement audit processes
XTraining of employees regarding policy and procedures
XDevelopment of plans for internal testing and coordination of testing procedures
