Senior Financial Analyst HDS

Classification: Full Time Compensation: $55000 to $70000 per year SENIOR FINANCIAL ANALYST Our client is a global manufacturer and distributor of IT solutions. They are a $2.8 revenue business and operate in over 10 countries.
They are looking to recruit an experienced Financial Analyst to support the communications and manufacturing sides of the business.Typical duties include responsibility for monthly closing, accruals, journals, reconciliation, budgeting and forecasting.
Specific forecasting analysis based on data management reports and preparing costs in relation to the specific factory that you will oversee.Cost reports will specifically focus on volumes, investments and head count. You will be responsible for establishing why the volumes fluctuate, why are cost of sales below forecast and what are we investing in and why?You will be responsible for assisting with the twice yearly budgets, which can include plans to restructure departments and implement system change, such is the fast paced nature of the business.In addition you will be responsible for managing various strategic ad hoc projects. Typical example may include plans to convert one factory into a new type of production and what implications this will have on the business.
