The Senior Financial Analyst is Responsible for the most complex and interpretive financial analyses. Provides periodic reports and special studies for management. May be responsible for unit's annual budget process expense/service fee/staff forecasts or statistical reporting, including financial performance, variance explanations and cost analysis. May coach Financial Analysts.





Here are some of the things my client is looking for:

Bachelors in Accounting/Finance with at least 5 years of financial planning and analysis experience OR MBA with minimum 2 years Finance or Accounting experience
Positive Attitude, Ethics, and Values which support the company's values and a healthy, high performance culture.
At least 2 years experience working with standard business software (Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent)
At least 2 years of demonstrated ability to convert Accounting/Financial/Operational data into business information
MBA and/or CPA preferred
One year management experience preferred
