The Supply Operations Manufacturing Analysis & Control Department, located in Pleasanton, California has an opening for a Senior Financial Analyst.

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Provide support to Business Unit leadership team and plants for all plant directed initiatives/studies.
Provide in-depth analysis of financial/operational performance versus plan.
Participate in the development of strategic business plans.
Identify opportunities to improve plant performance using best practice analyses.
Prepare capital and business investment analyses.
Prepare post-completion capital audits.
Develop and maintain inter-company transfer pricing.
Develop and lead financial training for plants and support departments.
Prepare self manufacture versus outsource analyses.
Provide analytical support to management on ad-hoc projects.

REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications: The following are preferred or desired unless specifically stated:
4-year college degree required, preferably in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; MBA preferred.
5 - 7 years experience in accounting, financial planning, and budgeting in a major consumer product manufacturing company.
Knowledge of manufacturing based cost accounting; both theoretical and practical.
High degree of initiative and sense of urgency.
Strong analytical, oral/written communication, and presentation skills.
Good interpersonal skills and desire to be a team player.
Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
