Senior Finance Representative

This position is responsible to ensure that all contracts (Services projects) are set up accurately. Check that all approvals & paperwork are in place in accordance with internal procedures and corporate rules. Help and co-ordinate with Finance and the CA TS Organization with queries regarding Projects, Consultants, Invoices and all other project-related finance issues. Responsibilities include maintaining and setting up Revenue Manager (system) project records, ensure application reflects the appropriate corporate approvals and is completed accurately, enter new contracts and ensure that they are set up correctly, add consultancy resources and billable rates, reconcile or adjust time entries made by Delivery staff, enter project expenses and check for correctness for re-billing or non re-billing, enter and validate subcontractor invoices and process in line with timesheets, before passing for accounts payable processing, liaise monthly with Finance regarding collections and sales commissions and all other administrative tasks including providing support information via reports and reconciliation for Sales, Finance, and the Technology Services Organization.
A Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting is preferred. Typically 3 years in a finance role or role related to contracts review. Business travel of approximately 5 or less percent yearly is expected for this position.
The successful candidate will have the Ability to use own initiative, be Client/Business-oriented and flexible with a 'can-do' attitude, Able to work unsupervised, under pressure and to deadlines, prioritize and have excellent Communication skills. Fluent in English and at least one other European language (preferable), Ability to quickly learn administrative and PC based tasks, Highly Computer literate.It's an exciting time at CA.
