Classification: Full Time Compensation: $110,000 to $120,000 per year Sr. Finance Manager / Corporate Development / M&AMulti-billion dollar publicly traded technology company with global HDQS located in Somerset County has an excellent opportunity for a Senior Finance Manager in their Corporate Development / M&A area. Position is responsible for managing the process of building business case valuations to justify and develop a deal price for the company's mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. Responsible for leading the financial due diligence process. MUST have experience with Investment Banking or Large Fortune 500 M&A business development department. Big 4 Valaution candidates also will be considered. MBA is a plus. Experience within the High Technology or Telecommunications industry is also a plus. Salary up to $125K plus target bonus and excellent benefits.
