Senior Director of Finance

Our client is looking for a Senior Director of Finance. The ideal candidate must have a great personality, be a go getter, experienced in pricing strategy, underwriting-being able build out underwriting models. This position reports directly to the CFO.Candidate must have extensive business management experience in the areas of corporate finance and strategic planning. Must have a proven ability to manage corporate profitability. Strong diplomatic and influence skills needed to work effectively across multiple levels/areas of management. Must be knowledgeable regarding data management and the development of reporting systems. Strong background in underwriting/ forecasting desirable. Bachelor s degree in Business, Finance or related field. MBA preferred. Five to ten years of significant financial analysis and/or underwriting experience. Demonstrated experience with complex analysis from issue identification to proposal of potential solutions. Knowledge of Pharmacy Benefit Management or Healthcare industry. Strong interpersonal customer service, technical, analytical, and communication skills required. Excellent PC skills.
