Robert Half International Inc., an S&P 500 Company and voted one of the Top 25 Large Companies to work for in the San Francisco Bay Area, is seeking a Corporate Compensation Analyst to work at its Corporate Headquarters in Pleasanton, CA. This is an opportunity to work in a compensation department which is building an infrastructure to support the business growth domestically and internationally.Responsible for coordination and administration of corporate compensation plans. Assist in the planning and management of the Corporate and International Compensation programs. Communicate results of the programs, and make recommendations or improvements to the programs based on these results. Provide guidance and interpretation to managers, supervisors, and employees on corporate compensation programs. Conduct research and analysis in the compensation area. Monitors and analyzes the administration and policy compliance of the corporate compensation program. Evaluating and reporting on the performance of corporate compensation program for compliance with established policies and financial objectives. Act as consultant to line managers regarding clarification of compensation plans. Develops recommendations for the annual review based on results.
REQUIREMENTS
Experience:Requirements include Bachelor’s Degree, Advanced MS Excel (Financial Modeling), Certification Compensation Professional (CCP) is preferred, 5+ years of experience with compensation programs including some international compensation in a large company; experience with incentive plan design and administration; and understanding equity programs and evaluation techniques; experience with financial modeling, costing models, salary increase models, incentive bonus design, benchmarking salaries and jobs to market value and market price, and experience with PeopleSoft or other HRIS software a plus.
