We are currently seeking a Senior Associate to join us in our Atlanta office with a Healthcare industry focus.
Responsibilities

Operational assessments of financial and clinical departments with a focus on documentation and coding, revenue capture, cost management, and quality delivery

Charge master review and analysis

Third-party billing analysis

Educate clients on operational “best practices”

Daily contact with client and other members of working group to obtain information and resolve issues, attend work group meetings, and facilitate adoption and implementation of recommended improvements

Develop written briefings and reports to present to clients

Engagement work paper preparation and review

Business development and networkingQualifications

Three years of experience in a hospital, clinic, and/or physician group setting

Experience with various patient accounting and clinical systems

Experience with charge master development and maintenance

Experience performing billing audits

Strong working knowledge of CPT/HCPCS and ICD-9 coding

Strong client services skills

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Able to travel an average of 50 percent of the time

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university

One of the following clinical certifications or coding credentials: RN, NP, CPHQ, RT, MLT(ASCP), PT, OT, CCS, CPC, CPAR, RHIA, RHIT
