Senior Associate, CFO Advisory

We are currently seeking a CFO Advisory Real Estate and Hospitality Senior Associate to join us in our Tampa office.CFO Advisory (CFOA) Services professionals are “trusted advisers” for the CFO and other finance function clients. With a focus on financial analysis, operations, controls and performance, our professionals bring leading practices and recommendations to clients to help streamline and create more efficient processes with the finance function.Responsibilities:
Prepare lodging, casino, and real estate market demand studies

Perform acquisition and due diligence analysis of hospitality and real estate assets and operations reviews of hotel and casino properties

Gather data relative to the hospitality and real estate industries

Work on assignments that are complex in nature, requiring considerable autonomy and a high degree of initiative

Draw conclusions and make recommendations based on incomplete dataQualifications:
Three years of experience working in a financial role in the lodging, real estate or hospitality industry and/or previous advisory experience

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including macros

Able to create succinct qualitative and quantitative summaries and handle multiple projects with minimal supervision

Able to organize and interpret complex and detailed financial information

Outstanding problem solving skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills

BS/BA degree from an accredited college/university

Prior audit experience

Able to travel 30-70 percent of the time
