Senior Associate

We are currently seeking a Senior Associate to join us in our Atlanta office.KPMG's Federal Tax Services practice is a resource for clients that need help complying with the latest IRS rules and regulations. Our tax professionals who handle federal tax issues bring the experience and commitment necessary to deliver tax compliance and advisory services to help meet our clients' specific needs.Responsibilities:
Work with international and domestic clients regarding corporate, partnership, multi-state and consolidation tax issues
Strong skills in reviewing corporate, partnership, multi-state and consolidation tax issues, tax returns and FAS 109 tax provisions and researching various tax issues
Work in, and be part of, a multi-disciplinary team
Keep up-to-date on current tax practices
Provide industry knowledge and experience
Develop and train staff level team membersQualifications:
Three years of federal corporate tax experience
Able to provide tax planning and present business plans
Knowledge of IRS codes and corporate tax matters
Outstanding client interaction skills
Industry experience should include at least one of the following: Wholesale, Manufacturing, Distribution, Information, Communication or Entertainment
BA/BS degree in Accounting, Business or a similar discipline from an accredited college/university
Bilingual skills (written and verbal) in Korean and English
