Performance Profile:
Demonstrate high-level of knowledge of financial accounting, including accounting standards, financial statement preparation and accounting for general property, plant and equipment (PP&E).
Perform business process reviews and implement strategies to improve operations.
Conduct internal control assessments, identify and implement control activities and develop and execute OMB Circular A-123 implementation plans.
Demonstrate strong knowledge and application of cost accounting, including the development and analysis of complex business process pricing strategies and cost recovery models.
Position-Specific Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting
Minimum of 6 years experience in accounting and/or financial analysis
Ability to lead, manage and develop employees
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient Microsoft Office skills
Strong analytical and research skills
US Citizenship
Candidate is preferred, but not required, to have the following:
Financial management experience in the IC and/or DoD
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license
TS/SCI clearance
Consulting experience
Master in Professional Accounting
Financial management certification (CDFM, CGFM, APDP, etc.)
Minimum years of experience required: 6
No travel outside of the local area is required for this position.
