Senior Accountant (see duties)

STABILITY is word you don't hear of anymore. This San Fernando Valley based company has over 30 years of history, and even after a recent acquisition to expand their operations, the staff remained the same. Position reports to a Big-4 CPA.


DUTIES ENTAIL:

Account Analysis on specific accounts.

Calculates monthly sales commission expense.

Prepares and reconciles monthly sales analysis reports.

Maintains the fixed asset subledger.

Prepare the monthly consolidation of financial statements.

Maintain the general ledger and financial report.

Assist with preparing and maintaining the budget.

Responsible for overseeing the month end close.

Financial Statement Analysis.

Other duties and responsibilities as requested/b>.
REQUIREMENTS
IDEAL REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree (U.S.SCHOOL)

MS office proficiency (word, excel)

Working knowledge of GAAP

Self motivated

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
