This person will be responsible for coordinating and controlling accounting records, specifically fixed assets and projects, as well as closing activities or financial reporting for the business unit in accordance with corporate accounting guidelines. Major Accountabilities: provide a range of accounting services such as, preparing account reconciliations, recording and controlling physical records and financial activities or reporting the financial activities related to general ledger and feeder systems; interface with other departments throughout the company and represent the company to other business units, regarding accounting or financial reporting issues; work collaboratively with Corporate Center, Business Services and other Business Units; and counsel and mentor less experienced accounting staff.
