Senior Accountant (HADC)

Windrose is a self-managed Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) with corporate headquarters located in Indianapolis, Indiana. Windrose selectively develops and manages specialty medical properties, such as medical office buildings, outpatient treatment and diagnostic facilities, physician group practice clinics, ambulatory surgery centers and specialty hospitals and treatment centers.

Windrose is seeking a Senior Accountant for our affiliate, HADC. This position includes the following responsibilities:

• Timely, daily processing of accounting
transactions

• Accurate, efficient closing of the HADC monthly financial statements to include
account reconciliations and analysis

• Initiate and implement improvements in the
month-end closing processes to reduce time and
increase efficiencies

• Ensure compliance with procedures/policies and
prepare additional written procedures as
required
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications required for this position include:

• A degree in Accounting

• 5 - 7 years related work experience

• Excellent communication skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft applications and integrated accounting systems
