This position will report to our Assistant Controller, performing a broad range of accounting duties. The ideal person will be able to work closely with internal departments to assist with preparation, review and analysis of budgets and cost control measures.Primary responsibilities of the Senior Accountant include:
Monthly preparation of financial statements.
Perform the application of accounting principles and SOX compliancy.
Responsible for reconciliation and balance sheet analysis.
Perform department P&L reviews and analyze results.
Assist in the preparation of budgets.
Implementation of accounting forms, records, methods or procedures that best enable other departments to understand financial information.

REQUIREMENTS
Please include salary history/requirement.
Minimum 5 years of Accountant/Accounting experience.
A Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required.
Must have a complete understanding of GAAP to be considered.Experience with SAP package a definite plus!
Excellent knowledge of Excel, including ability to link data/applications to spreadsheets.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks along with strong analytical skills.Excellent and effective written and verbal communication skills along with strong presentation and sales skills.
Ability to work within all levels of the organization.
