CLC Student Loans
-Assist the Assistant Controller in review of the quarterly workpapers prepared by the Accounting teams. Ensure all workpapers address the appropriate risks and are clear and concise. Propose improvements to our quarterly review, as applicable.
-Assist in the development of workpapers to support the financial statements.
-Create the monthly cash projection report.
-Maintain the Corporate Minute books.
-Assist the Assistant Controller in updating monthly net income projection.
-Maintain Stock Ledger. Prepare quarterly shareholder equity rollforward. Update shareholders’ ownership schedule.
-Maintain shareholder notes receivable on TValue. Prepare rollforward of Shareholder Notes Receivable.
-Create the quarterly student loan spread report.
-Assist in tracking and distributing of financial information per authorized request.
-Complete monthly reporting and financial covenants checklist.

CLC Home Loans
-Assist the Assistant Controller in review of the monthly workpapers prepared by the Accounting teams. Ensure all workpapers address the appropriate risks and are clear and concise. Propose improvements to our monthly review, as applicable.
-Assist in the development of workpapers to support the financial statements. Complete equity rollforward on a monthly basis, in addition to other workpapers as required.
-Assist in the development of the general ledger chart of accounts, the design and mapping of financial statements, and design and implementation of management reports.
-Assist in tracking and distributing of financial information per authorized request.
-Create and maintain appropriate financial reporting checklists and monitor these checklists as appropriate.
-Complete monthly reporting and financial covenants checklist.
-Assist in researching applicable GAAP for the mortgage industry and applying GAAP to financial transactions and reporting.
-Document financial reporting procedures as necessary and maintain financial reporting procedures manual.
-Create ad-hoc analyses per authorized request




Your Opportunity
REQUIREMENTS
-4 year degree in Accounting
-5 years of Accounting experience in a corporate setting
-CPA license a plus
