Senior Accountant/Analyst - publicly traded company

Classification: Full Time Compensation: $75,000 to $85,000 per year Growing publicly traded company in central San Diego seeks a Senior Accounting Analyst on a direct hire basis. This senior level position reports to the Corporate Accounting Manager and supports deferred revenue accounting issues, including month-/quarter-end close, preparing journal entries, creating financial models and graphs using Access and Excel, preparing schedules for 10-K and 10-Q reporting, and related functions. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior accountant seeking to transition from public accounting to working in the corporate accounting department of a publicly traded company or for an individual transitioning from a similar role to a growing company in an exciting industry. This position offers a starting annual salary of $70,000 to $85,000 plus a target bonus of 10% and comprehensive benefits, as well as future growth potential.
