Senior Accountant / Accounting Supervisor

My clients are two major players in the Entertainment & Real Estate industries and each has a very similar need to which they have retained SNI Financial to assist them with. The duties and requirement are as follows (please note that all requirement are NOT needed but helpful and those are marked):

Functions:
•Assist in the monthly closing and reporting of consolidated revenue and earnings summary, quarterly reporting of consolidated financial statements, including statement of cash flows, and other quarterly external filings with the SEC (10-Q and 10-K) (SEC EXP NOT REQUIRED).
•Preparation of quarterly statutory foreign financial statements, press release financial tables and external presentations, segment review for quarterly analysis, surveys and other special projects as needed.
•Also provide support to the Tax, Treasury, Investor Relations and Corporate Communications functions, as well as Internal and External Audit.
REQUIREMENTS
Education/Experience/Skills/Required Qualifications:
•A Bachelors degree in Accounting is required with a preference for the candidate to have a CPA (NOT REQUIRED).
•Three or more years of experience with a large corporation or CPA firm is required.
•Candidate must possess excellent analytical, communication and writing skills. This person must be proficient with computers to include MS Office.
•CPA or Masters Degree in Accounting is preferred (NOT REQIRED).
•FDC consolidation software experience is a plus (NOT REQIRED).
