Senior Account Executive - Chemical

Open Text is recruiting for an outstanding Senior Account Executive with experience selling into the Chemical vertical.
REQUIREMENTS
Purpose of Position and Primary Duties

If you are a star performer in enterprise-software sales, we want to hear from you! In this high-visibility and very rewarding position, you will sell Open Text software products and services.

Skills and Knowledge

In order to be considered for this opportunity candidates must possess the following:

• 5 - 10 years application and platform software sales experience

• Proven Hunter and Farmer background (i.e., Sold initial departmental opportunities as well as seven figure multi-level enterprise transactions)

• Successfully sold software for a start up application or platform company at some point in their career

• Rep must have a history of developing their own pipeline equal to 3X their quota

• Sold technology or a vision of a solution, that a customer used to build a solution

• Experienced with larger accounts in the Chemical sector

• Prior W2 in excess of $200K over multiple years


In addition, the following skills and knowledge are strongly desirable:

• Experience as an SC/SE and/or a technical academic background

• Experience working for a large application company

Bachelor Degree or Higher

Work Environment

General office environment. However, work outside of these hours may be necessary due to project schedules, and deadlines. Travel is required.
