As a Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for selling integrated solutions, professial services, hardware and software centered around Point of Sale (POS) technology. The sale is highly consultative. While hardware and software are key components of the sale, the solution is primarily integration, professional services, training and ongoing support. This is a tremendous opportunity for a seasoned sales or business development leader to deliver true value, and make a lot of money doing it. Here are some roles and responsibilities:
Prospecting!
Top to bottom solutions sales; interfacing with "C-Levels" down the IT, Engineering, and operations personnel.
Selling business solutions to business problems, as opposed to just "moving product". You will be tasked with differentiating our client and yourself from typical POS VAR's by offering a consultative solutions oriented approach; lending value to their supply chain operation by integrating mobile computing, data collection, hardware, software, printing solutions, and consumables as an integrated solution.

Requirements:
Knowledge of big box retail accounts, front end OR back end. POS (Point of Sale)hardware/software sales professionals may want to look at this.
Background selling SOLUTIONS to retail accounts: These may include POS hardware, software, Mobile Computing (inside and outside the four walls), Route Accounting, Field Force Automation, WMS, AIDC, Bar-coding Hardware, Barcode Printing, or barcode labeling solution
Proven track record of success in NEW BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT. You must be a true hunter. This position involves almost strictly new account development. Only the top ranking, award winning, sales professionals will be considered.
High level of energy, enthusiasm. Doer, Type A personality. Hard charging
