Senior Accontant - Financial Reporting

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Perform account analysis including inter-company accounts and bank reconciliations
Assist in the preparation of consolidated financial statements
Assist with annual audits including audit schedule preparation
Conduct detailed financial analysis and evaluation of business initiatives
Assist in the development of budgets, forecasts, and business plans
Review operating performance and prepare detailed variance analyses
Handle special projects as needed

KEYS TO THE JOB:

SEC Reporting experience (MUST)
Manufacturing experience (Ideal)
CPA (preferred)
Strong International Accounting and Consolidation experience (MUST)
International operations and Foreign Currency translation experience (MUST)
Strong Inter-company Accounts experience (MUST)

REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor of Science – Accounting or Finance
CPA (preferred)
Manufacturing experience (strongly preferred)
3+ hands-on U.S. GAAP work experience
Strong written and oral communication skills
Self-starter who works with a sense of urgency
Detail oriented
Ability to multi-task
Strong MS Excel, Word, and I5 (AS400) application (plus)
SEC Reporting background
Inter-company accounts
International operations and foreign currency translations
I5 (AS400) application (plus)
