The Recovery/Retention Loan Officer position requires:

KNOWLEDGE OF MULTI-INVESTOR PROGRAMS PRIME & SUBPRIME
Proven sales track record with documented closing ability.
Documented six-figure income.
Proven high-volume track record.
A personable and enthusiastic individual.
Must have the ability to multi-task and be organized.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
REQUIREMENTS
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of loan structuring and pricing experience.
Working knowledge of both Purchase, Refinancing, Prime and Subprime loan products .
Skills:
Advanced technical skills
Strong knowledge of Underwriting Guidelines.
Strong interpersonal-communication and business-relationship skills.
Detail oriented with strong organizational and follow-through skills.
Excellent analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
Must be able to provide income documentation to verify previous years earnings
