Sarbanes-Oxley Senior

Classification: Consulting Compensation: $29.68 to $38.45 per hour Company seeking project manager who can lead Sarbanes-Oxley initiative. Will require initial communication with external auditors to determine process and will be reporting and directed by internal management. Will be responsible for assessing the internal control environment, establishing and modifying controls and performing testing as necessary in order to maintain compliance with SOX requirements and achieve best practices within the organization.
