We Are Hiring Sales Consultants to expand our ever-growing Tucson Call Center sales team.

Nationwide Internet, a Tucson, locally based national Internet Service Provider, is looking for Service Consultants for our state of the art Call Center, to handle incoming sales, billing and tech support related inquiries.

Sales Consultants must maintain the ability to qualify the needs of a customer and communicate the benefits of the products, services, features, rate plans, and special offers to customers over the telephone.
REQUIREMENTS
Desired Qualifications:

* Previous experience with Inside Sales, Billing a MUST
* Proficient in the use of basic computer applications
* Good interpersonal and telephone communication skills
* Commitment to integrity and excellence
* Outgoing, reliable and upbeat
* High energy level and degree of self-motivation
* Cheerful, positive attitude and team spirit
* Consumer relations skills and negotiating abilities
* Organized, flexible, goal oriented, and results-driven
* Good time management skills and strong work ethics
* Fluent in Spanish a MUST
