Interface with country organization logistics personnel to keep projects on track, monitor site readiness and communicate date changes to allow timely production of units and reduction of finished goods inventory. Schedule and coordinate shipments with suppliers and freight forwarders, providing all necessary documentation for shipment. Issue invoices, credit and demit memos. Review letters of credit and follow through banking and collection. Customer interface on all order and delivery related questions/requests. Process purchase orders for sales order related OEM items.Enter and maintain SAP MM Source Lists and Info Records. Review, analyze and arrange correction of GR/IR accounts. Perform SAP key user function for Module MM. Advanced level of SAP knowledge is necessary.
