We are looking for a highly motivated individual who relishes a challenge to join our team.Job Summary:Responsible for providing administrative assistance for the Sales and Accounting Departments for a multi entity company structure with multiple sites across the USA.Responsibilities:
•Enter daily sales, notes receivable and track all sales contract information.•Prepare customer credit reports.
•Process sales related payments including credit card payments, checks and checks by phone, etc.
•Calculate sales commissions.
•Maintain contract rescission files.•Process cancellations and customer refunds. Obtain required notification from customers to validate contract cancellation policy.
•Resolve credit card disputes and various customer service issues.
•Provide administrative assistance to the Sales Department including retrieving files, making copies and filling out cancellation forms, etc.
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:
•1-2 years experience in sales processing or high volume accounts receivable processing. .
•2 year degree preferred.
•Real Estate experience preferred but not required.
•Efficient in Microsoft Office applications to include Word, Access and Excel.
•Experience with mid market accounting packages (MAS200, Great Plains or Axapta) preferred.
