Sales Manager - Pine Bluff, AR

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing the activities and results of multiple 'hunter' Account Executives engaged in selling AUS products and services. You will be responsible for achieving and exceeding revenue and profit goals for assigned market centers. You will need to recruit, select, hire, train, and develop new and existing Outside Sales Representatives. You will be responsible to ensure the weekly activity guidelines for each Account Executive are met, as well as their account and revenue quotas. You will need to build a strong working relationship with the service team to ensure overall success, as well as working closely with cross lines of businesses within ARAMARK to achieve our vision of "One in Organic Growth, One ARAMARK, One customer at a time."



Job Requirements
The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree. Your experience will include two years of front line business-to-business selling experience, gained in a 'hunter' sales role, and preferrably selling a service. You should then have gained at least three years of business-to-business outside sales management experience of a team with at least five Account Executives / Sales Representatives, and be able to demonstrate a strong track record of results. You must possess strong knowledge of Consultative Selling Skills, a coaching and mentoring management style, and advanced knowledge of the full sales cycle from lead generation and prospecting to closing the sale.
