Sales Manager

Sales Manager Responsibilities Recruit, develop, train, and manage sales executives to achieve income and profit growth objectives
Develop, monitor, and report on effective sales incentive programs
Provide ongoing assessment of sales executives' performance
Collaborate with VP of Sales and County/Area Managers to develop sales forecasts and ensure sales strategies and initiatives are aligned with business objectives
Actively support sales executives' efforts to generate profitable new business including developing relationships with prospects and accompanying sales executives on sales calls and customer visits
Inform management of business development efforts and recommend strategic changes that benefit sales efforts
Develop thorough knowledge of competitors' products, services, pricing, and clients
Collaborate internally to offer clients comprehensive products and services and to capitalize on additional sales opportunities
Manage and track all sales-related expenses and manage variances from budget
Minimum Qualifications

Knowledge of client management and sales and marketing techniques
Experience developing and directing a profitable sales program, setting and meeting revenue goals, and organizing and directing a sales force
Ability to appraise the effectiveness of sales and marketing programs, and understand and evaluate economic trends, demographics, and competitive practices
Ability to analyze changing markets and provide strategic sales leadership
Mathematical ability needed to calculate pricing
Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
Valid motor vehicle license
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, with two years of experience in sales in title insurance or related industry, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of title insurance, underwriting, closing, and real estate-related processes and services
