Sales Coordinator
BrainLAB, a global leader in image-guided medical technology, seeks an a highly-motived Sales Coordinator to support the sales order process. This position is located in our North American headquarters.

Among the products developed by BrainLAB are software and hardware components for image-guided surgery and radiotherapy as well as integrated systems for stereotactic radiosurgery. With about 2500 systems installed in more than 65 countries, BrainLAB is among the market leaders in image-guided medical technology and employs today about 800 people worldwide. The company has 15 offices across Europe, Asia, North and South America.JOB DESCRIPTION - SALES COORDINATOROur Sales Coordinators frequently interact with internal and external customers, including heavy contact with our corporate office in Germany, so exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are a must.Each Sales Coordinator supports a product division within a U.S. Region, and will liaise with others to ensure the coordination of qotes, orders, shipments, invoicing, A/R and overall customer satisfaction is handled in a timely manner, professionally and accurately.
Due to the nature of this business, a sense of ownership and urgency must be met, with a natural tendency to do whatever it takes to get the job done. Only someone with this type of Team mentality and devotion will be considered.
REQUIREMENTS
In addition to the above, candidate must posses the following skills:At least 2-3 year in sales support, contract coordinationHigh attention to detail
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
ERP system experience, preferably with JD Edwards or SAP
Ability to handle and react accordingly to all customer inquiries, including difficult and/or urgent situations
Logistics knowledge
Excellent written, and verbal communication aptitude
Strong math skills
Superior organizational, team work and time management skills, and the ability to manage many work streams simultaneouslyA commitment to quality, with excellent attention to detailStrong interpersonal skills
A proactive approach in his/her contribution to the organizationProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook preferred
