A major bank in Northern California is seeking an SVP Credit Manager to manage their Commercial Banking and Private Banking credit functions for all of Northern California. Responsibilities include managing the underwriting process and overall risk management for both Commercial Banking and Private Banking groups. In addition to managing a staff, you will be responsible for establishing and overseeing the policies and procedures that service all branches and departments as needed.

REQUIREMENTS
QUALIFIED CANDIDATES WILL HAVE AT LEAST 10 YEARS OF COMMERCIAL LOAN UNDERWRITING, CREDIT ANALYSIS & STAFF MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE.

REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:
Strong credit analysis background, including knowledge of cash flow lending;

Knowledge of syndications is a plus;

Must be currently managing a group of underwriters and/or credit analysts;

"Big-bank" experience is a must;
