We are currently seeking a highly motivated professional that is interested in the following career opportunity at our Houston campus:

STUDENT ACCOUNTS REPRESENTATIVE - COLLECTIONS
Houston, TX

Responsibilities:
Cash collection from both in-school and out-of-school students
Prepare file for submittal to collection agency
Receive funds (cash, check or credit card) from students and departments within the school
Reconciliation of cash receipts to the deposit report
Post all NSF checks
Process all online payments
Generate 30/60/90 day past due letters
REQUIREMENTS
Associate's degree in Business or a related area is preferred
Strong orientation toward high-volume, fast-paced, time-sensitive business operations
Proven success in maintaining exemplary customer service levels during high growth
Knowledge of admissions, financial aid, retention and placement procedures is desired
Knowledge of internal control concepts and principles
PC skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
